Volunteers help to make the festival special...come out and share some Aloha with the community!

Volunteers are needed in a few areas - see below for details on each.
Sign up for a 4 hour shift on Saturday or Sunday...or both.
Provided to all volunteers are:
Lunch - for those that sign up for more than 4 hours
Beverage refreshments - water, juice, coffee, tea - during your shift

Volunteer as a family!
While minimum ages are required in some areas, youth are welcome with family members.
We will also validate service hours for school or other service organizations...you can even come as a group! Saturday all day and Sunday morning are high need times.
Service during these times are particularly appreciated.
Festival Main Stage Area
Set up /take-down the area and assist with performances
Help with sound checks, back stage area, stage decor, dressing rooms, and assisting performers at the Main Stage.
You will assist groups from check-in time through completion of performance and clearing of the dressing room.
You will help solve performers' backstage problems, assist in clean-up of the stage or dressing room areas, keep water coolers filled, and generally any backstage help that is needed.
Information Booth Volunteers
Assist the public by handing out schedule of events, answering questions, handling lost and found, giving directions, and collecting surveys.
Cultural Education/Workshop Areas
Set-up /take-down of these Cultural Demonstration & Stage areas, assist with demonstrators.
Marketplace
Assist food/merchandise vendors/exhibitors at event, meet and greet in the Candidates Booth, and conduct surveys.
Production
Assist with the setup of signs, banners, tables, chairs and more on Friday and Saturday.
Help with tear down and packing on Sunday evening.
Public Safety
Assist at parking lots and drop off points throughout the festival area.
Volunteer Coordination
Assist with check-in, assignments, resources, supplies, and offering breaks to other volunteers.
