Community Performance Stage
Saturday, Sept 18 from 10am - 5pm
Sunday, Sept 19 from 9am - 5pm
The festival stage is open to all Hawaiian/Polynesian dance groups, musicians, storytellers, Tahitian drummers, & Hawaiian martial arts (Hawaii Kenpo or Kajukenbo). If you are interested to be part of this special bi-annual event in Colorado please complete the short, simple form to the right. The deadline to submit your application is July 15, 2010. Because we expect a very high interest and time slots are limited, you will be notified of our performance selection by July 30, 2010.
The stage is located at the 29th Street Mall.
Stage dimensions are approx 20x30 and is covered.
Sound equipment is provided. The following information should be detailed to us:
- Type of performance
- Preferred date & time of your performance
- How many performers you plan to have on the community stage
- Recorded or Live Music
- Music format (CD, iPod only)
- How many mics do you require
- Do you plan to sell items at the stage table
Each performance is given a 30min time slot.
5 mins for setup - 20 mins for performance - 5 mins for tear down
Please note that there is no compensation for performance; this is offered to you on a promotional basis.
There will be a performance table next to the stage where you can leave information about your group or organization. In addition, during the time of your performance you will be allowed to sell items.
